Manual vertical slicer VSP with Standard Carriage
The powerful VSP is fitted with the all-rounder among our carriages: This standard version gives you maximum flexibility as it is perfectly suitable for a wide range of products from small to large. An ideal tool if your team processes a wide variety of products at the counter or in the preparation room during their daily work and if you attach great importance to products sliced in top quality. Our standard carriages come with blade diameters of 280 and 330 mm. The carriage having a blade diameter of 280 mm is a more compact version with reduced options space and perfectly suited for particularly confined spaces and small products.

The model with meat carriage is specifically designed for slicing meat. Even very large and heavy pieces can be easily processed. Thanks to the specially designed feeding carriage, even moist products can be sliced hygienically. Fatigue-free work is also possible with high product weights which is enabled by the ergonomic feeding carriage. A little bit more is okay? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate blade diameter - 350 mm or 370 mm.

Originally designed for slicing Parma ham, this version is also perfect for all other types of ham. Since the special remnant holder can be flexibly adjusted, the Parma ham carriage is ideal for slicing meat from the bone or a whole ham with bone. Very large pieces of ham are not a problem at all for this model: The large blades with diameters of 350 mm and 370 mm make slicing quite easy.

Plus, eye contact with the customer is not interrupted during the sales process.||Also for process digitization in the preparation room, the VSP Flex is optimally suited: Using our MyOrder solution, you can handle order management directly via the touch screen of your Flex solution and pre-produce pre-ordered goods on time. By the time customers come to the counter to pick up their order, everything is ready - sliced, packaged and labeled.
