This high-quality delicatessen meat slicer allows you to manually adjust the thickness of your meat slices between 0 and 3 mm and the ergonomic vertical carriage gives you a complete view of the machine while it's in operation. The powerful and energy-efficient Bizerba-designed motor runs with intelligent Emotion® motor control technology while saving energy and without emitting too much noise and heat that might disturb your work environment. For additional hygiene purposes, the device also has the option for you to add a Ceraclean® surface, which is not only exceptionally easy to clean but also allows your products to glide along the surface smoothly. The slicer's hygienic Ceraclean® detachable parts are all dishwasher-safe but the open design also makes it possible for you to hand-wash them if necessary.

This multi-functional slicer is also equipt with three different blade options; a bread blade, a Ceraclean® blade and a cheese blade along with a variable cable outlet so that you can choose the ideal position for your machine. The carriage insertion plate makes it easy to feed sticky products such as raw meat into the device and the slicing mechanism is concealed for added safety as the blade is being sharpened.

Very large pieces of ham are not a problem at all for this model: The large blades with diameters of 350 mm and 370 mm make slicing quite easy.

The model with meat carriage is specifically designed for slicing meat. Even very large and heavy pieces can be easily processed. Thanks to the specially designed feeding carriage, even moist products can be sliced hygienically. Fatigue-free work is also possible with high product weights which is enabled by the ergonomic feeding carriage. A little bit more is okay? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate blade diameter - 350 mm or 370 mm.

The powerful VSP is fitted with the all-rounder among our carriages: This standard version gives you maximum flexibility as it is perfectly suitable for a wide range of products from small to large. An ideal tool if your team processes a wide variety of products at the counter or in the preparation room during their daily work and if you attach great importance to products sliced in top quality.||Our standard carriages come with blade diameters of 280 and 330 mm. The carriage having a blade diameter of 280 mm is a more compact version with reduced options space and perfectly suited for particularly confined spaces and small products.
