With the Life cycle contract Bizerba offers you customized, tailor-made solutions along the entire process: ranging from an individually configured new device to regular, preventative maintenance, repairs and of modular design, calibration, preparation for verification, verification support and stand-by service – everything for a fixed monthly installment during the entire contract term. Our support over the entire life cycle ensures highest possible availability of your equipment.

  • Delivery and installation of new equipment
  • Repairs: Repair of defective devices including set-up time, working time, travel expenses and genuine Bizerba spare parts
  • Annual check-up and remote support
  • Asset management: Regular survey of devices at customer site, e.g. for inventory purposes
  • Uninstalling of devices after expiration of the contract term

Increase of Service Level Agreement (SLA): Extended availability means that the stand-by service adjusts their availability by up to 24 hours, seven days a week to your individual production times.
