Live Supermarket Experiences on the Bizerba Main Stage
On the Main Stage, Bizerba shows how individual systems merge into holistic solutions for everyday supermarket operations - creating an efficient and inspiring shopping experience. The focus is on freshness, efficiency, and seamless workflows: from smart weighing technology with object recognition and RFID-based operator identification to connected checkout systems that create transparency and accelerate the payment process.
Highlights include the newly designed Scan & Go solution with validation station as well as the integrated slicing-and-weighing function. Both innovations streamline operations and ensure a smooth customer journey. Additional solutions such as intelligent object recognition and RFID-based operator identification reduce shrinkage and increase customer satisfaction at the fresh food counter and in the self-service area alike.

The Bizerba Food Stage – Freshness at the Push of a Button
On the Food Stage, a joint sandwich showcase demonstrates how automated freshness processes can be implemented. Together with FANUC, KILIVATIONS, J. Schmalz, and ViscoTec, Bizerba shows how hardware, intelligent software, and automation steps work seamlessly together to prepare snacks efficiently and with consistent quality—whether to go or for immediate consumption.

Expert Talks and Speaker Sessions at the Booth
Once again, Bizerba will contribute two keynotes to the official EuroShop supporting program this year:
On the Red Stage, the company will speak on February 22 from 2:20 to 2:40 p.m. on the topic “Fresh, Fast, Automated: Innovative Solutions for Modern Food Service.” On February 24 from 12:00 to 12:20 p.m., the presentation “Intelligent Fresh Food Counters: Technology-Driven Process Optimization” will follow on the Blue Stage.
