The VS12 W stands out due to its wealth of variants. A wide range of products can be manually sliced on this individual and powerful slicer. The vertical carriage ensures ergonomic, upright operation while providing an optimal view of the slicing result.This slicer consists of a powerful blade drive. In addition, the VS12 F can be fitted with Ceraclean® surface which is easy to clean and ensures easy feeding of products to the blade.With the integrated portion scale you can keep an eye on the to-the-gram target weight. The VS12 W has a weighing range from 2 g to 3 kg.

The model with a meat carriage is specifically designed to slice meat products. Even very large and heavy pieces can be processed with ease. Thanks to the uniquely designed feeding carriage, even those cuts of meat that are relatively moist can be sliced hygienically. The feeding carriage enables ergonomic, fatigue-free working even for heavier product weights. A bit more perhaps? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate 350 mm or 370 mm diameter blade size.
