The PAS-I CleanCut Linerless label applicator processes linerless labels fully automatically and precisely – ideal for C-wrap, full-wrap, and overlap labelling in a compact stand-alone solution.

The PAS-I CleanCut linelerless label applicator is a high-performance labeler for industrial applications that has been specially developed for linerless labels. It combines high productivity with precise labelling and allows for attractive product presentation without the use of carrier material. Longer label rolls reduce changeover times, minimising downtime and increasing efficiency. 


The system supports various application types such as top, C-wrap, full-wrap, and overlap, and can be integrated into production lines or used as a stand-alone device. Automatic adjustment to the package format, label position, and print area ensures minimal setup times when changing articles. With a throughput of up to 120 packages per minute, the PAS-I CleanCut Linerless meets the highest demands for speed and reliability. 


The maintenance-friendly design with quickly replaceable components and remote support reduces operating costs in the long term.
