Metal detector iMD basic

High reliability and much flexibility for your quality assurance: Rely on safe detection of enclosed contaminations such as steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals like aluminum for packaged and non-packaged products.

For a reliable inspection performance the compact metal detection system works with highest search sensitivity. Thanks to its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the iMD basic is suitable for piece goods of up to 20 kg. The short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-free and reliable detection. The flexibly adjustable height of the metal detector guarantees reliable detection of contaminations. The system adjusts to your needs via conveyor belts having a variable belt width. You may choose between the following standard sizes: 150, 300 and 400 mm. For the event of contaminations, the system is fitted with a Stop-on-Detect function (SOD).
