BRAIN2 Device_Access allows you to centrally manage all users of your production systems. As BRAIN2 administrator you define the various access levels for operators and production staff. Your benefit: efficient user management for controlled processes. Ideal to avoid costly production downtimes caused by unauthorised access to your devices.The BRAIN2 Device_Access app allows you to individually license any managed device. Define an access profile assigning an access level to each single user based on the activities in the production line. Inform the maintenance staff on the highest access levels. Prevent unwanted changes by restricting the user's interaction with the device.

Also for process digitization in the preparation room, the VSP Flex is optimally suited: Using our MyOrder solution, you can handle order management directly via the touch screen of your Flex solution and pre-produce pre-ordered goods on time. By the time customers come to the counter to pick up their order, everything is ready - sliced, packaged and labeled.

Originally designed for slicing Parma ham, this version is also perfect for all other types of ham. Since the special remnant holder can be flexibly adjusted, the Parma ham carriage is ideal for slicing meat from the bone or a whole ham with bone. Very large pieces of ham are not a problem at all for this model: The large blades with diameters of 350 mm and 370 mm make slicing quite easy.

The model with meat carriage is specifically designed for slicing meat. Even very large and heavy pieces can be easily processed. Thanks to the specially designed feeding carriage, even moist products can be sliced hygienically. Fatigue-free work is also possible with high product weights which is enabled by the ergonomic feeding carriage. A little bit more is okay? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate blade diameter - 350 mm or 370 mm.
