Meeting growing demands

PRŠUTÉRIE® Chovaneček needed slicing machines capable of handling specialty sausage shapes with smaller diameters, integrated scales for precise dosing, and flexible handling for various sausage types in small batches. To support their growing production goals and maintain high standards, they plan to continue their partnership with Bizerba. This includes considering further investments, aiming to produce at least 50 tonnes of meat per month with the help of additional A660 machines.

Its intuitive operation and easy maintenance help streamline production, maintaining high standards while increasing output.

High-speed industrial slicing

For industrial requirements, the A660 slicer offers high-speed, consistent slicing of regularly shaped sausages, significantly increasing production capacity. Its robust design ensures reliable performance and minimal energy consumption.

Flexibility for unique items

In addition, the VS12W manual slicer provides the flexibility needed for delicate, unique items that cannot be processed by automatic machines.
